The Plaque:

• Wooden plaque including the quote, "A man's learning, experiences, and wisdom need not die with him, but may live forever if recorded as his legacy" to be placed in a prominent location in the current main meeting area of the TVAC membership.
• A brief biography of the namesake.
• Polished metal plates engraved with the names of the award recipients and the year of the award.
